- Spain and France agree to a NAP.
- None of them will open direct battle with each other.
- None of them will strike against the other country.
- Given the internal Spanish division, Languedoc Roussillon will be returned as soon as possible, returning to the original cores for both countries.
NAP will take effect as soon as both CP voted the article.
(France actually have no CP, our elected representant will be YZbibi, as he was or CP untill last election)

Arka’s actions have sent shockwaves through the community. Once a loyal member of France, someone who was trusted and respected, Arka has proven to be nothing more than a backstabber. The moment he left France for the USA, he showed his true colors—betraying everything he once stood for.
What happened, Arka? Was the allure of greener pastures so strong that you abandoned your people without a second thought? France gave you everything, and in return, you turned your back on them, leaving for the USA like a coward. You left behind the bonds that were built with trust, camaraderie, and loyalty, all for what? Power? Prestige? Or was it just a chance to play a bigger game?
France will remember, Arka. The betrayal stings, and no matter how much you try to erase the past, we won’t forget. You made your choice, but we know exactly who you are now: a traitor. Someone who can’t be trusted, no matter how much you try to rewrite history.
The USA might be cheering you on now, but we know you’re just another opportunist who couldn’t handle loyalty. In the end, Arka, all you've done is prove that betrayal knows no loyalty
